BBQ Beef Brisket Barbecue Baked Beans Barbecue Chicken Pizza
6 to 7lb Beef Brisket 3 to 4 16oz cans pork n beans 2 Chicken Breasts (cooked)
1 C. Terry's  Sauce 1/2 C. Terry's Sauce 1/3 C. Terry's Sauce
Place brisket in large baking dish. 1/2 C. Brown Sugar 1 C. Mozzarella Cheese
Marinate with Terry's Sauce about 1/2 Bell Pepper (chopped) 1 C. Cheddar Cheese (shred)
30 minutes before cooking. Cover 1/4 White Onion (chopped) 1 Med. Boboli Pizza Crust
and bake at 350 for 1st hour, 325 3 T. Worcestershire Sauce Spread Terry's Sauce over
for 2nd & 3rd hours, & 300 for last 2 T. "Real" Bacon Bits crust. Sprinkle 1/4 C. of each
hour. Allow to cool before slicing. Mix all ingredients. Cover. cheese over sauce. Dice the
Microwave on High 20-30 minutes. chicken. Spread evenly over
Citrus BBQ Pork Chops cheese. Cover with remaining
4 1-inch (2lbs) pork loin chops Little Cocktail Smokies cheese. Bake at 400 for 15-17
3/4 C. Terry's Sauce (as sampled at shows!) minutes until cheese melts.
1/4 C. Orange Juice 3 lbs Cocktail Smokies
1 Tsp. Grated Orange Peel   (Beef is best) BBQ Sausage & Rice
1/2 Tsp. Dry Rosemary Leaves 2 Cups Terry's  Sauce Casserole
1/2 Tsp. Dry Thyme Leaves Place all smokies into crock pot. 1-16oz. Pkg Polish Link

(crush Rosemary & Thyme leaves)

Pour Terry's over smokies.   Sausage (Beef or Turkey)
Place all ingredients except chops Stir until smothered. Cook on High 3-4oz. Pkgs Lipton's Red
in saucepan. Boil. Reduce heat to for 20-30 min. until plump. Reduce   Beans & Rice Cajun Sides
low. Simmer 10 min. Grill over heat to low. Simmer and serve. 1-Med Can Sliced Pineapple

with Terry's Sauce mixture for Steak Marinade 1/2 C. Terry's Sauce
10-15 min. turning until cooked. 1 part Terry's Sauce 1/4 C. Slivered Almonds

BBQ Veggie Kabob 1 part Red wine bowl on Hi for 2-3 min. Drain.
Green & Small Boiling Onions Salt and Pepper (to taste) Coat with Terry's sauce.
Mushrooms (all types) Mix ingredients thoroughly. Microwave on Hi for 1-2 min.
Squash & Zucchini Marinade meat 2-24 hours before Place sausage in center of
Cherry Tomatoes cooking. Re-apply when turning. 9X13 dish. Prepare rice by the
Eggplant directions on package. Spread
Stagger ingredients on skewer. around the meat. Arrange
Brush with Terry's Sauce and grill. pineapple on top & sprinkle
with almonds. Cover & bake
on 350 for 20 min.

A little history about us ... 

Bill, Craig, and Bob owned & managed the company until John Hale purchased it in 2015. He renamed the sauce "Best of Texas Barbecue Sauce and has a website under BestofTexasBBQSauce.com.

Terry Meyer is the creator & original owner of the recipe and stayed very involved with the company until 2015. Terry started making the sauce in her kitchen back in the late 70's. She took the advice of friends in the mid 90's, and has been selling her sauce ever since!
